A few books that inspired me.

Updated: Apr 28

Sharing with you a few of my favourite books.

Books, books & books, what do you need more?

I love to read and I like to share which books have improved my life in some way. You can find each one by following the link in the title. The below are just a few that jumped out over the last years. Will share a new recommendation of more recent inspiring books (to me) soon! Who's it for? Everyone that is interested in expanding their consciousness. I can say that these books will show you different perspectives. They will open your perspective, teach you more about yourself, help to identify different patterns and limiting beliefs, help to remind you to live in the moment & that you are the creator of your own reality. Hopefully you enjoy them as much as I have.

Listing the different books I recommend to read below!

01

Drunvalo's perspective of the history and origins of humans on Earth. The study of sacred geometry, the meaning of the Flower of Life, and how it relates to our bodies, our reality and everything in it. Drunvalo’s autobiography, travels and studies with various teachers/masters. One of my spiritual teachers recommended this book 4 years ago and it was mind blowing to me. I could not stop reading until it was finished!

02 The Sophia Code Kaia Ra

The Sophia Code® is a visionary sacred text for the Divine Feminine Christ movement sweeping the planet now. This book is a living transmission encoded with direct revelations to activate your important role as a revolutionary wayshower for humanity's awakening.

03

Courageous Souls explores the premise that we are all eternal souls who plan our lives, including our greatest challenges, before we re born for purposes of spiritual growth. My friend Boryana left this book at my place during one of her travels a few years ago. I think it is very easily written and very interesting to read the different past life regression sessions.

In this book you will get an overview of the relationship between mind and body, and how limiting thoughts, beliefs and negative emotions can affect us and our physical diseases.

Keepers of The Garden Dollores Cannon

Dolores Cannon uses information obtained from regressive hypnosis to formulate a provocative viewpoint on the ancient astronaut theory of human origins. In this book a young man wanting to explore past-life regression discovers this is his first lifetime on Earth. All his other existences were on alien worlds and in other dimensions. As this unique case is explored further, he finds out that his association with extraterrestrials did not cease with these other lives.

I think Dolores Cannon is very inspiring and the knowledge that she brought forward from her hypnotherapy sessions is being used by many practitioners all over the world.

The seat of soul provides a unique take on life that blends science, spirituality and philosophy. In this book, the main message Zukav stresses is the idea of a human going through a psychological and spiritual evolution. This evolution involves a shift from external power to internal power. This book together with the book 'The Power of Now' written by Eckhart Tolle is a good reminder to focus on the Now and let go of the Past and the Future.
